during some of our recent lectures with David, we had to create a new landform from an old existing Quarry in Norther england. we had to put 25% of the soil that was extracted from the site back onto the site in decent manner. although that sounds easy it was very fiddly with having to add, move contours on Auto Cad. however the outcome qas rather good. to the right is one of my visuals of my design. and below is where i have been playing with sketchup.

My claim to fame, where i met Graham Norton.have to say he wasn't the most friendliest of peopel though.

Near London Bridge theirs a free exhibition on. its a series of aerial images natural and some non natural features from around the world. i saw the exhibition in the first year when it was situated outside the Natural History Museum. its an outdoor gallery which is completley free but the iamges are great. if you ahve seen it allready when it was outside the museum then its still worth taking another look as many of the images have changed.
also to accompany the exhibition this time they have intergrtated a rather interactive piece onto the site. there is a large plan view from around the world and in it the images are marked to show where
taken from around the world.

To the right ' a photo of people interacting' seemed like a very good educational game to youngsters as they obviousley enjoyed the game.
