The second part of the masterplan project involves looking a certain area of the master plan, no larger than 100 x 100m, and we have to blow this up to a scale of 1:200. this area will
be the focus of our project for the remainder of the course.
to create a successful scheme it will be important for us detail
an area that has plenty of different features so that it creates
a more successful scheme. for ecample choosing a meadow will
be easy but not very interesting to study.
the image here are ones that i will consider choosing a section of.

Some course work for the masterplan here, to the left i have looked at how the residential area looks onto the site, this is where the housing estate is visible from the campus.

Here i have looked at Northerly and Southerly wind dierction, its possible to see that the site is more exposed to southerly winds comparead to that of a southerly direction.

This map just represents the main bodies of stagnant and moving water on the site. this is extremly important in my planning for the sustainable community project.
