some quick sequential and an axonometric sketch from my propsed design, i know their bad quality but were taken from my mobile phone, so giving that i dont think there that bad.

This is a display for a clothing brand on show in Selfridges Oxford Street at the moment. its quite a cool and eye catching design with the bright colours. was quite refreshing to see in amongst all the other dull colours that were surrounding it! all the display is Gerbera heads and rose petals floating on some water. Simple but Pretty.

Some Winter interest! i was quite surprised to see some of these flowers blossoming all raedy, for example the daisy above was in a small patch of grass which was covered in flowering daisy's. quite unusual i thought.

as influenced by richards recent post on the atricle about seeds and the way their casted into models. i decided to take a bit of time looking at some weird but interesting ideas. found this page on a group of students who found a way of designing different types of walls with unexpected materials and using a sustainable sense within the scheme!
image 1 = 'Undressed wall' made of used cd's
image2 = 'Plastic Bottle Wall' made of plastic water bottles, labels and straws.
image3 = 'Hemp Varn Enclosure' not sure what exactly this material is, im, guessing its string of some sort! but
its quite funky in creating a semi transparent screen.
image4 = 'Plie Wall' made of plastic cups partially cut into strips and connected. the concrete feet can be moved and re-adapted and re-usable.
image5 = 'Paper composite Board' constructed from shredded office paper that is turned into pulp blocks and then dried in a kiln
image6 = Metamorphis skin' is made of gelatine moldedinto a variety of shapes and transformed into a series of interconnected panels.
image7 = 'Interactive wall' this can be changed continuosly by users.
